How A2Z Edit works
A2Z Edit is an independent toolkit on a2zedit.com, built and operated by Waleed Sheeraz. Image, PDF, OCR, and QR jobs run in this browser tab — Canvas, pdf.js, and WebAssembly engines — so a typical resize, merge, or OCR pass does not upload your file to our servers. There is no account. Open a tool and start.
Hubs such as Image Tools and PDF Tools are link indexes. Each converter and editor has its own URL so the heading matches the job (JPG to PNG is not a generic “convert anything” dump). English and Arabic OCR are separate pages because they load different language packs.
A few flows do leave the device: temporary file shares (so a download link can work), redirect metadata, and Ask PDF when an AI key is configured. Those exceptions are spelled out on How we work and the Privacy Policy. Longer how-tos — when JPG beats PNG, why a black box is not redaction, how to prep a photo for OCR — live in Guides.
